The Record

Bolton collects basic information about a child's needs on a database known as 'The Record'. This is used to inform future service development and to ensure that the Local Authority collates and keeps accurate records about a child’s needs. A Parent Information and Support Worker coordinates The Record, and can be contacted on 01204 337102.
