Our Current Mental Health and Wellbeing Training Programme

We are pleased to announce our new Mental Health training programme. There are a number of different courses on offer, ranging from one-hour introductory sessions, to courses with up to seven sessions on different days. Training is available both online and in person. To book a place, please use our booking form or for further information, email LearningandDevelopment@bolton.gov.uk

Healthy Minds Greater Manchester e-learning course is for everyone living or working in Greater Manchester. It's normal to not feel ok sometimes and having a chat to someone about how we are feeling can help us feel less alone. If you or people you know are feeling stressed or worried this course will help you talk and think about it. Talking about these things more often and more openly can help us to be happier and healthier, and this can help us to think and feel more positive.
