When is my next bin collection?
Your grey bin is collected every two weeks. Your bin should be available for collection from the edge of your property, or your collection point, by 7am on the day of collection. Please make sure that your bin lid is closed.
Bags of waste placed at the side of the bin will not be collected. If you have extra recycling, please place it in your bin after it has been emptied or take it to your local household waste recycling centre.
Collection information
Please ensure:
- your bin is out for collection between 7am and 6pm
- you present your bins at the edge of your private property or an agreed collection point
- the lid is closed. We will not collect extra waste from the side of your bin
- vehicles are parked responsibly to allow access for our collection vehicle
- your bin is brought back onto your property after collection
