Age Friendly BoltonBolton’s multiagency 'Age Well' partnership' are working together with older people to co-produce an Age Friendly Strategy, making Bolton a better place to grow old and will be available from this page on completion of the accompanying action plan.

The partnership are members of the UK Network of Age-friendly Communities and are working towards becoming a member of the World Health Organisation's Global Network of Age-friendly Cities and Communities.

The partnership are working closely with Ageing Hub - Greater Manchester Combined Authority.
