Call for Sites
Bolton Council is in the early stages of preparing a new local plan. The first significant milestone in this process is the call for sites. This is an invitation from Bolton Council to submit land or sites that may be suitable for development or protection.
The Call for Sites opens on 4 March 2025 and closes on 15 April 2025. More details on how to submit a site can be found here
