Please be aware that we do not accept anonymous complaints unless they relate to criminal activity in connection with listed buildings, tree preservation orders, or trees in conservation areas.
You can report a planning breach using our online form. You must supply contact details to ensure your complaint is registered. We will use these details to keep you informed about progress. Please note we can only provide progress updates to the complainant. Should you wish to register as a complainant in connection with the case, you will need to use the online form and complete the required details.
