The government has announced a minute’s silence at 11am for everyone affected by the attack in Manchester on Monday.
Bolton will be observing the minute’s silence in Victoria Square. Everyone is welcome to come down to the square and gather at around 10.50am. If you work outside of Bolton town centre and not able to get to the square, please feel free to observe the silence at your desks or whichever way is suitable.
