Public arrangements - update on March 20, 2018:

Due to the number of people expected to attend the meeting this Thursday, we have taken the decision to accommodate all the public in the Festival Hall.

The meeting will be live streamed on a big screen into the room (first floor of Bolton Town Hall).

Space in the public gallery is limited and this decision has been taken to avoid any disappointment if people are not able to get a seat in the gallery.

Public access is from the Albert Halls entrance of Bolton Town Hall, opposite the former Beale’s store. Doors will open from 1.30pm.

The planning committee to consider Peel Holdings’ application for Hulton Park will be streamed live on a big screen.

The meeting takes place on Thursday, March 22 at 2pm in the council chamber, on the second floor of Bolton Town Hall.

The chamber’s public gallery holds 48 people but those unable to get a seat can watch the meeting live on a big screen in the Festival Hall (second floor, Bolton Town Hall).

Tickets will be issued on a first come, first served basis from 1.30pm for a gallery seat.

Public access is from the north entrance of Bolton Town Hall, opposite the former Beale’s store.

The meeting will also be broadcast live on https://bolton.public-i.tv/core/portal/home so people can watch on their computer, tablet or phone.

Additionally, a recording of the meeting will also be available online after it is finished so people can catch up if they are unable to watch it live.
