How to reserve items
- log into your account on our library catalogue, search for the item you would like to reserve and click the 'Place Reservation' button at the bottom of the item detail screen
- ask a member of staff at your local library

Notifications
We can send you a text or email message to tell you if your items are overdue, or if you have any reservations awaiting collection. To take advantage of this service, please provide us with your email address or mobile phone number on your next visit to the library.
If you opt for email notifications you will get a reminder three days before your loans are due back, as well as the standard reservation and overdue notifications.
Please note that final overdue notifications will continue to be sent by post. Customers without a telephone will continue to receive all notifications by post.
