Training opportunities for armed forces personnel
Online training opportunities via our Me-Learning Platform
Me Learning is the council’s online learning platform and offers up to 150 online courses designed to help you excel.
There are a variety of courses available which Armed Forces who are career transitioning can access through the platform. The courses available cover areas such as:
- Coaching Skills
- Developing Team Trust
- Customer Service
- Equality and Diversity
- GMCA The Armed Forces Covenant Induction
- Introduction to Project Management
- Leading a Meeting
- Mental Health Awareness
- People Skills
- Resilience
- Thinking Creatively
- Interview Skills
Courses are only available to armed forces personnel who are residents of Bolton and there are limited spaces available, so if you are interested in accessing learning please send an email to learninganddevelopment@bolton.gov.uk to sign up today. Please outline in your email that you are armed forces personnel expressing an interest in accessing the platform.
Once signed up, you will have access to all courses for one year.
