To view photographic and video footage relating to your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) or to submit your appeal online:

- write or email with the reason why you wish to challenge. Our address is on page 2 of the Bus Lane PCN
Please ensure that you include the correct Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) reference within any correspondence with the council or when making payment. If the reference is inputted incorrectly, this could result in your PCN continuing through the process and your appeal or payment not being actioned.
Please note that your PCN starts with the prefix BO and is followed by 8 digits.
What happens next
- each case is dealt with on its own merit
- we will investigate and make a decision based on individual circumstances
Traffic penalty tribunal
If your challenge is refused you can appeal through the Traffic Penalty Tribunal.
