Partners out visiting businesses and responding to calls
Greater Manchester Police and Bolton Council Regulatory Service teams have had another busy weekend in the fight against the pandemic, and ensuring the spread is minimised through our night time and food sectors.
The partners would like to thank the licensees and businesses for their continuing support in keeping their customers and residents safe.
The vast majority of licensed premises, and all the takeaways visited were compliant and it was evident that a great deal of energy had been committed in doing so.
However, where there is non-compliance, the police and council will not hesitate in tackling these businesses, and to that end a snooker hall in Bolton was served a £1000 Fixed Penalty Notice during the weekend.
