As the big day approaches, Bolton Market will be open for all your last-minute stocking fillers and everything you need for the perfect Christmas dinner.

The Market will be open 9am-5pm on Tuesday 21st, Wednesday 22nd, Thursday 23rd, and Friday 24th.

The market will be closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day, as well as the bank holidays on December 27 and 28.

The market will re-open on December 30 and New Year’s Eve and will be closed on New Year’s Day.

Bolton Council’s Deputy Leader, Cllr Hilary Fairclough, said:

“Bolton Market is always a popular destination for festive shoppers and we’re staying open longer to give everyone a chance to stock up on Christmas essentials.

“Our traders offer the freshest local produce and a wide range of unique gifts.

“Don’t forget, the market is not just for Christmas, and traders are open all year round offering quality products at great prices.”

In order to keep everyone safe, anyone visiting the market is asked to wear a face covering and to take a rapid COVID test before leaving the house.
