There’s still time to wrap up warm and head to Smithills Hall’s grounds for a festive family day out.
Visitors can explore the grounds of Smithills Hall as they follow the 'Elftastic' trail to find all the elves and answer festive questions along the way.
The trail runs until Sunday 3 January 2021. There is no need to book just turn up and have some outdoor seasonal fun!
Cllr Hilary Fairclough, Executive Cabinet Member with responsibility for historic halls, said: “Outdoor events like these are a great way for families to enjoy the festive period safely this year.
“Covid safety measures are in place in the grounds and I would encourage anyone looking for a fun family day out to visit the grounds of Smithills Hall this December.”
The historic hall will remain closed. Hot drinks and snacks are available for purchase Monday to Sunday, 10am to 2pm.
