Description

In January 2024, Bolton Council commissioned Bolton CVS to undertake an independent consultation with service users accessing Home Care Support Services, via managed account arrangements with the local authority.

The purpose of this engagement was to understand user experience of Home Care, so Bolton Council could build on the strengths felt by customers and identify areas of improvement for future delivery.

Targeted face to face engagement took place with service users across the borough.
