Radcliffe Road/Long Lane Junction - Resurfacing and drainage works - Bolton’s Highway Schemes

Resurfacing and drainage works on the Radcliffe Road/Long Lane junction are due to take place on the weekends of 26th and 27th October and 2nd and 3rd November, weather permitting.

Due to the nature of the works, it will be necessary to close the Radcliffe Road/Long Lane junction temporarily during the surfacing works. The road closure will be in operation on the weekends between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00.

Access to properties will be maintained, however there will be times during the works when access will be restricted. During the works can residents please keep Radcliffe Road / Long Lane Junction clear of vehicles during the working day to enable the works to be undertaken. The contractor undertaking the works will advise residents nearer the time.

The Council would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused to local residents and road users, but every effort will be made to keep this to a minimum. Your patience would be appreciated during this time.
