Market Street (Russell St – Peel St), Farnworth Public Realm Works

Highway improvements on Market Street (Russell St – Peel St) are due to commence on the Monday 24 June. The works will consist of:

• Footway repaving between Russell St and Peel St
• Carriageway resurfacing

The works will take approximately ten months to compete, weather permitting and subject to current delivery timescales.

Access to premises will be maintained, however there will be times during the works when access will be restricted.

The Council would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused to local businesses and road users, but every effort will be made to keep this to a minimum. Your patience would be appreciated during this time.
