Description

Like the rest of the country, Greater Manchester faces closely linked climate and biodiversity emergencies. Locally and nationally – we know we all need to do more to support the recovery of nature and increase the benefits it provides to our people and our economy.

Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is currently developing a Local Nature Recovery Strategy, a new plan for nature, to set out our local ambitions for nature.

GMCA would like to hear your views on:

  • What you think about the current state of nature in Greater Manchester
  • What you think a more nature friendly Greater Manchester should look like
  • What actions you would like included in the strategy and those that you might be able to take locally
