National Public Consultation on the Police Code of Ethics - Consultations

The College of Policing is conducting a national public consultation to gather views to inform the development of the revised Code of Ethics Framework.  Given recent cases in policing they would like to encourage groups and residents in Greater Manchester to respond to this national consultation.

The revised Code of Ethics Framework supports policing by:

• providing a framework for making ethically based decisions
• understanding expectations of professional and ethical behaviour
• ensuring that the police service provides an ethical environment in the workplace.
