The company known as De La Rue International Ltd has applied to the Borough Council of Bolton to operate an A2 installation (as defined under Schedule 1, Part 2, Section 6.4 Part A(2) of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016) for the surface treatment of products using organic solvents in plant with a consumption capacity of more than 150 kg or more per hour or more than 200 tonnes per year at:

Any written comments on the application should be made to the Borough Council of Bolton by email to environmental.health@bolton.gov.uk for the attention of the Principal Environmental Health officer by 21 November 2020. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
