For parents, guardians, and carers with babies (0-2 years), this service provides opportunity to meet with others in a supportive, friendly, non-clinical setting.

With You in Mind
Access support from trained volunteers, other parents, and staff. The group aims to support you with your experiences and feel connected to the community. For parents and little ones (0-2 years).

If you work or volunteer in Bolton, you can get free training in mental health and wellbeing.
The training can help you with your own mental health and wellbeing, as well as teach you to recognise the signs of poor mental health in others and how to give your support.

Potty training and starting reception class
ERIC provides free information and resources to help with potty training.
If your child is starting reception but not quite clean and dry through the day (or night), talk to your Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor), and visit the ERIC website.
